Mr. McHenry, My name is Lee Ramirez and on the 22nd of May I had an air conditioning system installed in our home by Sound Heating. I obtained your email address from the front office. Anyway, I'm writing to you to let you know that the installers did a wonderful job. Greg Reynolds was our sales person who was extremely knowledgeable and professional with us. His follow-through was very appreciated and he even showed up at my house during the installation and hung out to make sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I have never had a salesperson do that with the many projects that I've done or been associated with. The entire job, however, did not go without a hitch. We had problems for the next three days in a row with the system, but not because of faulty installation, but rather things that were beyond anyone's control. I want to praise, in particular, Mitch Jackson, who truly needs to be recognized. Mitch was on call when we had problems with our system and the air conditioning system. Every time I called, Mitch came out to my house and took care of the problem without complaint. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I have to admit that by the third day that I had problems, I was a bit irritated. Once Mitch showed up on the scene, his demeanor put our minds at ease (me and my wife) and made sure that we understood that we were not to blame for the problems. The issues he observed were due to glitches with getting the system to run properly. I was truly impressed with him. To all of the folks that came out for this project, I have to say that I have not had such a pleasant experience. My main praise goes to the overall professional attitude your folks displayed during this entire process. Please take the time to recognize each and every one of them. Thank you.

We just had a new central AC unit installed on our Harr Built House and I wanted to drop you a quick note about how happy my wife and I were with your entire team. Gregg was prompt and knowledgeable about the product and installation process. He was quick to work up the quote and make recommendations. He also called earlier tonight to follow-up that things went smoothly and that we are satisfied. JB and his brother arrived early and were very friendly and diligent in their work. They even helped me move a couple of things in the garage that were blocking access to one area. We were also very impressed with the quality of work the electrical contractor Elite Electric's Greg Boswell (I believe) and his helper did. They took their time and did the job correctly. Finally, Kevin who did the bulk of the installation is an excellent employee. He explained any questions we had and was always working to keep us happy. We had a minor technical installation glitch and he even wanted to keep working late into a Friday evening. He truly represents your company in the highest light. I hope that Harr continues to use your company on their new builds. We certainly would recommend both companies for any new or future projects.

I haven't heard from you for some time now... and you haven't heard from me! I just wanted to thank you and Jenamar for your cooperation and assistance in resolving our heating and cooling problem. I realize that you did what you felt was necessary but with the 'current economic times, I believe that there are many companies who would have simply walked away from the problem. It was a major expense for Jenamar and I am hopeful that you will be able to recover most of that cost from Heritage Heating who was the actual "culprit". As for the performance of my new system, I must say that it is working like it should work! Changing the location of the heat pump to to outside the dining room corner on the ground reduced the noise level to a point where I cannot hear the unit running unless I am out doors. I would strongly recommend that all future construction where a heat pump is installed be done without placing the unit on the deck... particularly outside the master bedroom' window! With the load-point now set at 30 degrees, the new heat pump has been running and heating the house 95% of the time. The other 5% being the few times where the temperature got below 30 degrees and the gas furnace came on. The increased circulation as a result of larger venting and air return has provided for a more even and comfortable heating level in our home. All of the crafts involved, including Sound Heating, the young man that did the repair and retexturing of the ceiling, and finally the painter, did excellent work. I cannot say too much for the two young men who did the lions- share of the work for Sound Heating ...the two brothers who actually spent three days installing the new duct work. They were not only competent craftsmen; but they were pleasant to have in our home. And finally for you Nate. You are a credit to Jenamar. Your always pleasant and considerate demeanor, even in the face of angry homeowners, makes you the ideal "point-man" for Jenamar at this point-in-time. Once the economy improves and Jenamar resumes new home construction, I suspect that you will be promoted to a position that will make better use of your talents.
